DREAMS AND DREAMSONG

What are Dreams? You know that they aren’t mere jumbles of the day’s leftover thoughts and worries. You know that sometimes they’re nonsensical, sometimes triggered by events of the day, sometimes based on longing and desire and sometimes prophetic. But WHAT are they, or WHERE are they?

Dreams are insular events that occur as microcosms inside larger microcosms or macrocosms. Most often they are triggered by singular consciousness, but increasingly, they are shared by many, who color their individual version with their own beliefs, fears and desires. This subject takes up many orbs, or spheres of canon in the Hall of Concordance. It was once a favored method for sending messages through the veil to mortal consciousness. It is still a favored method in many Tribes.

Most in Earth School cannot hear their Tribe members, guides, and overruling deities. They are deaf and blind to levels outside and above themselves. If a person is not open to the vibration at which We (We, the Guides) exist, you may exhaustively present yourself in their physical space, and despite what We are able to manifest (even with authority: things that physically affect them), they will say it is of their own mind, or the creaking of the house, or a passing car, or the odd animal in the yard.  They reason Us (Spirit Guides and Tribe Members) away.

Children and animals do not have these boundaries. While they do not seek Us out (Us, being those without corporeal form), they often acknowledge Us as matter-of-factly as they do the corporeal beings with which they share physical space. Most have not yet been taught that ‘we are not real.’ That “fact” would disappoint quite a lot of Us. I do cling to the notion that I am real (today's speaker).

So, for important messages, sometimes Dream is the only message service available to Us from this vibratory level. Many here have long worked with Dream studies, and while corporeal, didn't quite understand it. Seeing it now from this side, those same persons are very excited about how powerful a conduit Dreaming is when managed by a person of faith, with clear and high intention. Children, for example, accept miracles the way that they accept up and down, and the moon and sun.

It’s all well and good to use Dreams for prophecy and the interpretation of mental and emotional conditions (I can hear my Guide's sigh), but that is a pinhead in a field of poppies compared to miracle making, manifestation, guarding gateways, and higher practical applications that improve quality of life for all involved. Dreaming is what the entity is. Your Dreamfield is a combination of your holographic signature, your history (which encompasses all directions of motion), your beliefs, your intentions, and your will.  

It is equivalent to your personal computer, a desktop where you can go to do problem solving, or just let the programs run in the background while you are busy at other things. Suddenly, you might go to your keyboard (as you are doing now), open a program and a file, and focus there. This might be a dream. A dream is a stopping point or focal point, temporal or non-temporal, where you linger to give thought to, observe, contemplate, ruminate, or deconstruct some set of thoughts or ideas.

When you are in a state of wakeful Dreaming, you are aware that you’re Dreaming. The programs are no longer running in the background. While mortal, your physical body and personal consciousness has waken you so that your mind may now be aware of which ideas and concerns at which you labor. Perhaps there is a message to be had from a loved one: a hello or a concern, an admonishment or a warning.

Dreaming is many things: a cleanse for the busy mind-body; an open file from which to learn and problem solve; a reference desk from which to draw for fast information; a conduit with gateways into other dimensions; a place of expansion for Spirit where rest can be had from the limitations of mortal flesh.

The Dreamsong is a bit different. It uses the Dream pathways, but it is very specific and focused. Pay close attention to Dreamsong. Yes, sometimes it is the literal song that you wake up with in your head—those lyrics with their message. It is not always words, but it always appears on a spool, without interruption as does a song. A Dreamsong brings a message, particularly for a SpiritSinger or SpellSinger. It arrives as an atomic message, complete, though you may ‘read it’ in your conscious mind like a short film, or you may wake knowing something you didn’t know before sleep. 

Dreamsongs can be audible, verbal or even visual. The song portion is Our word-thought to simply mean that Our message is knitted together (like a song, fused by its cohesive vibration).  The messages may be significant to you only for the day on which they’re given, or they may reverberate for a long time.
