 REFERENTIAL SEAMS

     ~ matching new and old for heightened experience

Sometimes one image, one thought, one word, one scent will trigger a complex response in the body. Beyond calculation, you will know that you are touching an old 'Familiar,' and the overlapping of the new experience will create a seam with an old one, increasing each singularly, and as a relative pairing.

How do you know what you know? How did the information come to you? Against what do you process this information to determine whether or not it is True? Is it because you are matching it against a seam that has been previously vetted?

Standing still, the world still moves around you. Linear time advances. Changes occur even in the elements you believe are non-changing. There is no stopping this, the restless wild energy of Creation. When you See something, you will see it quite briefly, so take a breath. Take a leap. Take something on confidence, and listen to your heart.

How many Referential Seams have you placed in proximity to one another, forming a quilt that represents your thoughts, beliefs, and actions? From how many different camps, schools, and groups do you draw to make your tapestries?

Information is an inflow . . . and an outflow. Resist letting it lodge in you. Feel the water of your nature, its fluid and forgiving presence. Will it tell you to change course, or will it ribbon around your core, Singing, to let you know that there are rapids ahead?

Look at the Seams you have created. Study where you are stitched together. We are each and all perpetually moving, reshaping, and newly discovering who we are.

Let the tapestries be stitched with the finest threads and needles.
