BINDING YOUR OWN CURSE
2020, ASSUMPTION, BELIEF, CURSES, LANGUAGEBINDING YOUR OWN CURSE
~identifying self-sabotage and clearing it
You are building your Secondary Agendas. You have studied your successes and short-falls. You have made adjustments where necessary. Still, you fall. What might be at fault?
Once you have made the proper and necessary course corrections for reaching your Primary Agenda, strengthening what is helpful and eliminating what works against you, what more might you perceive? Do you ever feel that there are forces working against you that are so powerful you can do little to curtail their influence? How can you change what is invisible to you?
We make many assumptions about our selves based on our socio-cultural normatives, and quite often, we bind our own Curses by wrapping them in our expectations. This is not to say that you might be discouraged by family, friends, and community, but to make you aware that you are a filter and quite often a magnifier, for those collective ideas--to the degree that you are blind to them.
Who might you consult that is living outside your beliefs, who could look inside and offer wise guidance for the liberation of unrealized potential and unidentified dampeners? Would you discover that beyond the self-sabotage of low esteem and corroded expectations, you have subconsciously bound your own curses? How do you release this?
First, your language must be appropriate and used to incite action. If you have Cursed your self by binding your false normatives to your personal goals, release them by using curative word-thoughts. Repeat the new thoughts in your mind, in your language, and in your behavior. "I am a woman and I am skilled for building this house." "I am a man who can cook delicious meals for my children."
Do not Curse your self. Cure your self through awareness, compassion, and the ability to pursue change, no matter where that change may lead you . . . even when you must travel far and with great trepidation.
