THE COST OF THINGS
Because voids may not exist in the living, when one thing is removed, another must move to take its place. This is the law that creates continuity, adherence, and cohesion. Therefore, as you attract a new idea, energy, purpose, or quality, something of equal weight and space must be surrendered.
Most persons find this very difficult. A new idea presents itself: the person seeks to embrace it, and yet, the old, comfortable, and familiar ideas have great weight and are sometimes quite entrenched. Most will believe that these things can co-exist.
Two idea sets can overlap, allowing one to transition inward while the other transfers away. This is a normal function and less jolting . . . but one cannot fully embrace Truth, or the new idea, and continue to live by the paradigm of Falsehood, or the old idea. There is no room. It’s like trying to use the gas and brake pedal simultaneously on your car.
So, first of all the Cost of Things is Exchange. One must Exchange old things for new things. Can one become mighty, holding more, knowing more, wielding more? Yes . . . but how does it serve to hold onto outdated and disproved ideas?
When you embrace what is new, you may bemoan what is lost. Why? Is being smaller more comfortable? Is having less responsibility more comfortable? Is knowing less Truth more comfortable? What do you want in this Life? Be of single Intention.
Direct your Conclaves.
Realize that good housekeeping involves throwing out the trash. When you are growing, The Cost of Things is never so dear as remaining stagnant, asleep, or only half-alive.
