When you encounter something explosive in a specific way, you can be thrown back, disoriented, and even injured. Whether this combustive event is simmering or sudden, the injection of oxygen (or information), can cause flares, forcing you to draw a line between what came before and what came after.
Death is like this. Simmering or sudden, the conflagration where one state becomes another forms a flashpoint, burning away the past and establishing a new future template. Though these transitions are very difficult, once existing, they become part of the fabric.
Many lines have been drawn in your life. Separation, new tenets, spontaneous awakening, and divine inspiration can all serve as a combustive re-setting of the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious self. If one approaches these milestones with awareness, the transition might be smoother, allowing time to reconfigure the way you engage your life.
If one is presented with a sudden Backdraft, such as the loss of a loved one, one's home, career, health, family or homeland, the combustion is mighty, able to temporarily burn away everything that occurred previously. You might feel deeply injured, displaced, half awake and wholly out of control. You might feel you are still burning.
Acknowledge your injuries. Go gently with your recovery. Study the new reality and your place in it . . . and be kind to others experiencing the same.
What Backdraft did you last experience?
Are you awake . . . or are you still sleeping?

PRIVILEGE
2020, ASSESSING, BALANCE, GRATITUDE, PRIVILEGE
PRIVILEGE
~birth-rites versus life-rites
How was it in the family you were born into? Do you arise from hearty, healthy people, those who are wealthy, or poor, those who are traditionalists, or adventurers?
Your Birth-Rites were given to you. Your Life-Rites will be considered and personalized. And because the world is a multi-cultural melting pot of highs and lows, if you were born into Privilege and health, some might believe you have a head start on life. This is so only to the degree that you can clearly see the world and your role in it.
While many idealize a world where individuals are equalized in terms of health, material goods, and opportunities, this has not occurred to date, nor will it likely occur in the near future. Each category of human existence provides its own opportunities for growth and advancement.
If you were born poor, do you strive to rise above the condition, or do you make peace with it and seek to lift up the community together, for the good of All? If you were born rich, do you work to identify your own purpose and maximize what good might be done with your wealth?
In either case, you must separate Birth-Rites from Life-Rites, journeying in pace with Life's constant movement, contemplating the distances between where you began and where you want to go.
Do you say: "I was born poor and have no resources to help others," or "The wealthy must do all of things I cannot."? Do you say: "The sick must take better care of themselves," or "Why should I share the resources my family has accumulated?"
In either case, you may be confusing Birth-Rites with Life-Rites. You must understand Privilege in all its guises.
Each entity has a right to Life, and each has a responsibility to communicate and co-create. This is a very difficult task for many, one that requires the ability to see the whole spectrum of Life in a non-judgmental way, beyond where Privilege ends.
As you study these ideas, think of the Birth-Rites you take for granted.
That you have air to breathe and water to drink, food, shelter, work, and play is already a miracle.
See the world, with its plants and
animals and energies as your community,
acknowledging Its Birth-Rites and Its
Life-Rites as free from Privilege as possible.

In what Sequence have they appeared? Do you Idolize an Entity? ~or~ Do you strive towards High Ideals, seeking to be your own Savior?
Sainthood, and other external titles, have been given on Earth to those few considered above and beyond the human normatives. Are they Saviors? What is a Savior, and have your beliefs about the ideal Savior changed over time?
As a lucky child you may have believed that your parents or caretakers were your Saviors. They kept you safe and fed and in good company. Did this idea shift as you began school, fell in love, took a mate, met a Higher purpose? Has the Sequence of your Saviors shifted in coordination with your mental and emotional development? Who is your Savior now?
Study your Sequence of Saviors: parent; teacher; mentor; partner; religious or theological hero; family; community; spirit guides. What is their responsibility and interaction in your life? Do you respect one another? How often do you happily act as your own Savior? How often do you defer?
Be grateful for the guidance and support you are given, and remember that as you give the same, someone else is seeing you as their Savior. So be realistic and steadfast with your Ideals, avoiding false narratives of perfection.
Seek to be the Savior you most admire. This Savior can lead, teach, and love unconditionally. This Savior can humbly embody what is most High.

You are building your Secondary Agendas. You have studied your successes and short-falls. You have made adjustments where necessary. Still, you fall. What might be at fault?
Once you have made the proper and necessary course corrections for reaching your Primary Agenda, strengthening what is helpful and eliminating what works against you, what more might you perceive? Do you ever feel that there are forces working against you that are so powerful you can do little to curtail their influence? How can you change what is invisible to you?
We make many assumptions about our selves based on our socio-cultural normatives, and quite often, we bind our own Curses by wrapping them in our expectations. This is not to say that you might be discouraged by family, friends, and community, but to make you aware that you are a filter and quite often a magnifier, for those collective ideas--to the degree that you are blind to them.
Who might you consult that is living outside your beliefs, who could look inside and offer wise guidance for the liberation of unrealized potential and unidentified dampeners? Would you discover that beyond the self-sabotage of low esteem and corroded expectations, you have subconsciously bound your own curses? How do you release this?
First, your language must be appropriate and used to incite action. If you have Cursed your self by binding your false normatives to your personal goals, release them by using curative word-thoughts. Repeat the new thoughts in your mind, in your language, and in your behavior. "I am a woman and I am skilled for building this house." "I am a man who can cook delicious meals for my children."
Do not Curse your self. Cure your self through awareness, compassion, and the ability to pursue change, no matter where that change may lead you . . . even when you must travel far and with great trepidation.

SPOTTING
~recognizing high and low places
At times you will achieve more than you believe you are capable. At times your confidence will be greater than your results. Do you mark these peaks and valleys, returning to them for future planning?
We all work with highs and lows. We all react and respond. At times we are whole-heartedly engaged, and sometimes we are just going through the motions. This is life. This is balance.
But . . . when you plan for the Highest results, do you know what pieces of self and resources should be recruited? Do you know how to set your self up for success, and how to avoid actions that have previously led to short-falls?
Think of the last event in which you engaged below your target desire. Were you fully invested? Did you pre-educate your self? Were you thorough, or did you skip over some important aspects in your planning?
Most of us can conceive of a better plan once we have fallen short: the perfect action or the perfect words. Do you allow this to become a pattern, or do you take action to maximize future results? How do you weed out the obstacles, including the hidden motivations and fears that hold you back?
Let us return to the analogy of the writer. If you promised that your story or book would be done by a certain date, how close did you come? If you did not reach your goal, what was to blame: daily goals, weekly goals, research, feeling unqualified compared to your heroes, inability to focus, procrastination (and many more)?
To reach a Primary Agenda, you must build the Secondary Agendas. You must clearly be aware of the highs and lows in your behavior and beliefs and effectively Spot which components of a process support you, and which do not. Spotting these fluctuations is the first step in addressing them.
So, if I am a writer who does not meet my daily expected output, how do I change this? Am I lacking focus (or allowing for distractions)? Am I physically or emotionally unwell (and how might these goals, if perceived to be difficult, heighten those effects)? Be clear and motivated.
Even if you are not a writer in the earthly sense, you ARE writing your story. You ARE your own book, and many other characters live in that book with you. When you lift the story you are writing, you lift all of your characters. When your story proceeds at a lively pace, with truth and exposition, you flesh-out the life.
You are an author. What is it you are writing? Are you producing your pages on pace with your goals? Have you discovered your deepest purpose, or working on its collaboration in your life? Understand your character's voice and motivation; understand how the other characters see you.
Spotting the infrastructure of highs and lows will help you to reach more easily and fall less frequently. Be your own editor. Allow your character to grow. And most of all, allow your character to speak in a confident, honest voice.

CAUSAL COLLUSION
2020, AGENDAS, COLLUSION, FOCUS, PATTERNS
CAUSAL COLLUSION
~identifying self-sabotage
Whether your blockages are large or small, you exhibit a pattern of behavior that when studied, illuminates your role as life manager. Can you identify and separate external blockages from the deeply-rooted patterns that support Causal Collusion --all the ways in which you self-sabotage by contributing to failure?
Let us first be clear about Failure. We do not use this word-thought as an indicator of how the world discusses your behavior, but as a pattern of goal-setting without follow-through. Failure, as we mean it, is relinquishing both free will and will power in favor of creating blame.
If your Primary Agenda is to become a writer, you must write. You must do more than imagining you will write. You must make the time to write and have the discipline to do it. There will be many Secondary Agendas you must meet to support the Primary.
You cannot believe that someone else is holding your time hostage. You cannot wait for a particular physical environment or specific equipment. In the beginning, you may be unable to prioritize any specific resources, and you must continue anyway, whether that be writing by the poorest means in brief time windows, lacking any solitude or resources.
You must construct the necessary Secondary Agendas for reaching the Primary.
In Causal Collusion, you listen to the dark inner voice that gives limitless reasons for withdrawal, no-starts, and self-esteem poverty. You must not blame. Will other people require your time and energy? Yes. Could your Primary Agenda be difficult? Yes. But, if you have determined that your Primary Agenda is well suited to you and you desire it, you must release all blame.
Perhaps you give more time and energy to family, work or community than makes you happy. Do not blame. Seek solutions. Do not side with the discord. Do not say that you would make a fine writer, only if: others would allow it, your body and mind would allow it, your community would allow it, your talents would allow it. These ideas put you in Collusion with what you believe are Causes.
What is it you want? Is this the same as your Purpose?
Do your desire and your purpose work together, or are they at odds?
Today, study your primary desire. Compare this to your purpose. Make a list of all the reasons in which you are succeeding, and a list of all the reasons you fall short. In the list of shortcomings, do you see a pattern? Are you in Causal Collusion with factors you use as excuses? How can you be your own Highest supporter while engaged as your own saboteur?
Honesty is sometimes difficult, but Truth is the torch bearer. Look into your heart and mind and complete an inventory of how goes your building of the temple. What do you find?
You are surrounded by Love. Do not concern your self with the lesser things. Be in Collusion with what is High, what is best for Great All. Your journey may be difficult, but let it be True and Real. Let the temple you build be High and Shining.
Blessed Be This Day
This is a Direct Voice Communication from my Tribe, Spirit Elders who share their wisdoms with me from the other side of the veil.
When we possess clarity enough to know our purpose, we have established a Primary Agenda. To shine, we must support this Primary Agenda with Secondary Agendas, the way that a temple cut into stone is supported by the stairs leading to its entrance.
These stairs are our Shadow Plans, building one upon the other to support and give shape to our Primary Agenda. Through experience, gained skills, gathered resources, and our ability to fine tune, assimilate, or reject each aspect for both its singular and its partisan qualities, we develop the stepping stones to the top.
Let us say you feel driven to teach a body-awareness movement system. You might likely be studying the system as a student. You might have grown fit for the task. You may have planned how your teaching will differ from what you are currently learning. You might even think ahead to certification, licensing, acquiring a place to teach, and a plan for establishing yourself.
Your shadow plans, Secondary Agendas, are being arranged with the objective of reaching your Primary Agenda. But, what happens when your Secondary Agendas do not come together; what happens when you are met with so many obstacles you begin to believe that your Primary Agenda is badly considered?
First: look at the large picture. Are you, in body, in mind, and in spirit intrinsically suited for this Primary Agenda? Do you possess the minimum requirements to be a prima ballerina, an international motivational speaker, or an astronaut? Perhaps, and perhaps you have set a Primary Agenda that is such a bad match you will be sure to fail.
You could be a ballet dancer. You could motivate people in your community. You could invest in a telescope and join with other people who love to gaze at the skies. There is much satisfaction and growth to be had from loving the activities to which you surrender. You need not pursue these activities as if the peak for your Primary Agenda must cast a shadow on all of Earth.
Though the world may have taught you that your endeavors are lacking if they do not meet falsely high standards, you must consider your own path. Do you want to be a famous person, traveling, meeting exceptional demands, and giving the greater parts of your time, attention and energy to this one goal . . . or do you want to do something well and whole-heartedly, leaving time for home, a balanced life, and for other pursuits? You must decide.
We are not saying that one way is better than another. We are saying that to know oneself is to weigh and balance your desires with probable outcomes. Know when your Primary Agenda is a good match; know when your ideas need adjustment (without seeing it as failure), and know when you are failing or overreaching in such a way that you must rethink your entire Primary Agenda.
Whatever you choose, whether a Jack-of-All-Trades, a Dabbler, or a Master, be true to the realities of what you are working toward. Construct your plans with Integrity, and pursue those plans with Integrity.
Take a moment today to envision the temple you are busy building. What is its name and its purpose? What stairs are you building to access it? And will you continue to the top, or will you pause at some point to enjoy the view, deciding that your temple will incorporate a rearranged facade?
Turn from the stairs and look out.
What do you see?
