FRAMES

Look at a Frame encompassing a compelling piece of art and you will not notice,

or will notice with lack of precision, the elements that surround it.

The Frame has pulled your focus to the area within its boundaries.

Your Beliefs are Framed this way—you will send your attention

to the area of focus, and become aware of all things outside

the Frame as less important, or in the case of your Beliefs, less True.

You have given many thousands of hours of your Beliefs, the ideas and worldviews that live within the Frame.

But . . . how many hours have you given to the ideas outside your Frame(s), and have you looked upon those outer-Frame ideas with unbiased study?

 Likely, you have not.

First, determine which ideas live within YOUR Frame. Now . . . look at the world for other Frames. Do not discount other Frames as less true than your own, less valid, or less important. Do inventory. What do you find?

As a surety, all people desire to give and receive love, to physically, emotionally, and socially thrive, and to feel engaged with purpose—the higher and more true-feeling, the better. This is the Core. This is Great All, The Greaterness, speaking to you.

Based on these ideas, how do the Frames you find and study compare with your own? When finished with this study, what have you discovered? Do you see these other Framed ideas (these pieces of art or composition) as valid, even if you remain in disagreement? What new perspectives do you gain, not only about these other Frames, but about your own?

You may be strong and still show compassion. You may pursue truth and still speak to other ideas in capable and studied ways. Be as a master of an art gallery when gathering works for an exhibition. You will look at these Framed works and whether or not you find them attractive, plan a display that honors each. This will include editing out those Framed works which do not aspire to Greater Goodness.

Look at the exhibition of Frames that you bring together. Continue to study these Framed Ideas and Beliefs. Continue to clarify and make more compelling and True, your own Framed works. As a curator, your world expands, and with it, your wisdom and understanding.

Blessed Be This Day
