THE BREAK
There is a moment when the energy of something to which you have been attached separates. A Break is made between yourself and some person,
place, event, circumstance, or thing.
The Break is the moment at which you regain the energy you have invested in staying attached outside yourself to something that was meant to be outgrown, healed, or parted from. In most cases, The Break is a positive and cathartic moment. It is epiphany and release. It forms the template for the first step of your next chapter of personal history.
At the occurrence of The Break, we sometimes wonder why it is we were so slow in coming to the separation. We wonder why we allowed fear to hold us back, uncertainty to bind our communications, and non-action to settle within us, keeping hold of our Love and Wisdom—even to the point where we hide it from our conscious selves. The Break, once met, is a time for rejoicing, even when others are saddened by it.
We speak of Breaks that have been formed like dams.
When you separate from a loved one, whether by death or great distance, you do not make a Break. The connection between you remains; communication continues; love is exchanged; nearness, when it is sought, is felt, no matter the gulf or perception of time and distance.
Whether the Break is one of triumphing over fallacy, self-esteem issues, manipulations, or group hypnosis, healing a condition by Breaking free of its negative and harmful energy is a time for celebration.
Under what yokes do you mournfully labor? What false perceptions hold you in their thrall? What Breaks need to be made between both your High and mortal selves to restore you to your greatest condition of wholeness?
Look at your life. Walk its pathways. Where and how are you invested, and on which of those life-robbing avenues could you benefit from making The Break?
Blessed Be This Day
