 HIDDEN LIGHT

Every living thing contains Light. Light is the animus of Great All. When you are in the Dark, you can be assured that the Light is there with you.

Understand that Light is not limited to what you believe is goodness. Light is a current, a transformative miracle, a destroyer and a Re-Maker. Movement is perpetual, and Light is the Engine.

Thus, this spark that is Light, is present in all things, for all things change from the inside out, even if transformations are happening at the surface.

Are you feeling adrift in the Dark? You may be experiencing an embryonic period, or a state of rest. Do not despair. There in the Dark, the Light is with you. You will soon see it unfurl and change the status quo; it is the gift of Re-Making.

 GREATER DISASTERS

What is a Greater Disaster? Is this an extinction event? A tear that cannot be mended? Is a Greater Disaster, comparatively, merely more Disastrous than any previously experienced?

First: what is a Disaster—to you—at this point in your history? You might find that your hierarchy surprises you. You might find that your limits to managing the Disastrous are much lower, or higher, than you believed.

If you have reached a place where you
cannot manage current conditions—literally—this is a Disaster. If you cannot manage with the help of friends and family, this is a Great Disaster. If the Disaster is such that even your Greater community cannot help you to set things right, you may say that this is a Greater Disaster.

You will be changed. Your path and your future will be changed. Perhaps you feel that your civilization is currently facing a Greater Disaster. What do you do? What do you act upon? When do you surrender and step back?

A Greater Disaster can be a necessary thing—a point that is fixed in time. Try first to manage this with Grace, then reach out for the Grace of others, and when all efforts fail, embrace the Greater Disaster and becoming very quiet, listen closely to your inner voice. Follow that new direction.

Life is not meant to be easy, or hard, or impossible to understand or navigate. Life is the meal you have joined, and you won’t leave the table until it is your time. Try your best to be part of the solution, or at least, to avoid contributing to the problem. Greater Disasters happen infrequently, but when they do, navigate with Patience and Calm.

On the other side of the Great Disaster awaits new paths and new providence.

Look to that outcome as you struggle.

 THE PEARL

It is an inciting ingredient that begins to form a Pearl. This new insult, when it cannot be purged, is isolated, coated and glossed over. Like a Pearl of Wisdom, an assault has caused layers of understanding to grow over it, with each layer a chapter of new knowing.

What Pearl grows in you?

How did it begin?

 A THOUSAND WORDS

Reprint

When we say that a picture is worth “A Thousand Words,” we mean that our Vision has presented us with information beyond mere verbal description, that the depth and wisdom gained by deeply Seeing cannot be adequately expressed in language-thoughts.

Those with synesthesia gather overlapping impressions. For instance, they may perceive a smell/scent/odor paired with a color--or a number paired with a musical note. And while their senses provide more and different information, they will still be moved by something so tragic or so beautiful it defies universal description.

When you have this experience, stop. Give your self the time to immerse the senses, to connect to center, to firmly root the moment in your memories. Hear what your Higher Self can tell you. Let it affect you--body, mind, and spirit.

When you share with others, seek to be this genuine. Art exalts this experience. Good science exalts this experience. Outstanding rhetoric, choreography, music . . . all exalt this excellence.

When Great All dances, let it move you.

And better, seek to move Great All . . . with truth,

beauty, and unconditional love.

It dances there in your shadows.

Let it free.

 MAGNITUDE

The Magnitude of anything is comparable—but some Magnitudes are self-evident. You feel these Magnitudes in the stirring of your heart, and in the center of your soul.

Be these things something you see: a vista, a piece of art, or the face of a beloved, or hear: music, a voice, the resonance of something sacred, or something that you feel that moves you: a birth, or death, or a revelation . . . a Magnitude changes you in every cell.

Take time to be amazed, to sense the Magnitudes of life, and especially of the self. You contribute to Great All’s Magnitude. Become conscious of your contribution, and celebrate the Magnitude that is the self, and the Self’s unique ability to participate in the Great Tapestry.

MEMORIES

Your world of Memories is a glorious, malleable, and treacherous place. The chemistry defining your human system of storage is controlled by hormones, and the compounds formed through your perception, tenets and beliefs. Your Memories are faulty, incomplete, and quite often strongly skewed.

Are you as bad a person as you think? Are you as good a person as you think? And should these perceptions, which govern how you behave and act, command all present and future things?

What does Memory serve? What is it for? This repository, no matter how accurate or inaccurate its files may be, can be maximized to help you make the best and highest decisions—to keep you from repeating mistakes. However, you must have a clear view of past events in order for these materials to be an asset.

You will notice that your Memories change. They soften. After revisiting a Memory many times, you question its content and the person you were when you stored away the information. You are not that person now. How honest can you be?

Observed, you might find that Memories in which you were hurt or betrayed have become so concrete, you can see nothing but the immovable facade. What is behind and inside the Memory? What desires and motivations of every person, place, and thing could be at work? How many signs have you previously ignored? How does revealing, and accepting, new layers affect you?

Remember a significant Memory today. Look at it as if you were seeing it from ten years in the future. How does it change? How do the people, places, and things change? Memories are fallible and fickle things. If you allow these perverse animals to rule you, how will you fully become what Great All hopes for you?

Confront your Memories. Free your emotions, and with it blame, anger,, and false perfections. Your Memories did not bring you to your current place and time—they are merely markers in your rearview mirror.

You are your Memories’ Keeper.

Force them to show their true faces, and in taming them,

you will calm rough places that keep open your wounds.

 READINESS

We often enter challenges on a whim, and faced with what feels like overwhelming outputs of energy for new learning, we deconstruct our selves, and our path. What can we do when we enter a new room, only to back out again and close the door? Is there a way to increase our perpetual and spontaneous Readiness?

What is your most recent challenge? Whether you took on this challenge in the form of a goal, or had a challenge thrust upon you, can you identify the underlying emotion? Is it Fear? Do you feel a lack of self-esteem? Do you doubt that this change in your path will lead to something higher and beneficial; do you believe that you will not only fail, but that your very attempt will bring about disaster?

Emotions are. Even Masters can have a difficult time identifying and controlling their emotions. This is not a singular or rare situation. In both cases, the primary step is identifying the underlying emotions, the set of conditions that keep you landlocked, and the self-talk that causes you to fear your lack of skill or Readiness.

Let’s say that you are considering school. You have likely been to school. Do you remember your first emotions attached to your beliefs about school? Did you fear leaving home and being on your own? Did you fear being among strangers? Did you fear being singled out, made fun of, or found out as lacking? Maybe it was all of these things. And even as an adult, all of these feelings might again, be holding you back from necessary and helpful change.

In order to master anything, we must first be a student. It is the energy, and the purity of that energy, that determines how easy is the new path, and how it will change your life. If you are being asked to do something very difficult: to live with a new, handicapped body; to live without a loved one; to rebuild your life from the ground up; realize that these changes have become necessary, and they will not be avoided.

So, without eagerly embracing these changes,
how can you create a state of Readiness for the transition?

First, recognize that inside your self, there is much you know but have forgotten. The knowledge itself, or a template of that knowledge can instinctually help with a new challenge. Second, understand that your Spirit Guides, untethered by body, are always a request away. You have been paired with your Spirit Guides to maximize the connection. They will understand your needs, your gifts, and your reticence.

Thirdly: though it is not every person’s goal to change the world, IT IS every person’s goal to change their own world—and you will—over and over again. So, this set of conditions that currently demands Readiness, is probably within your abilities, and might cleverly (and even wildly) be exactly what you need.

Looking back, how many times in your life did you face a challenge, and even factoring in fear, injury, and failure, realize in retrospect that it was a gift? There is nothing that has happened in your life that has not benefited you in some way.

So, Ready or not, challenges come. If you turn away from your current challenge, you will live to meet it again on the future road. Why not meet it now—here and today? You might not feel secure in your Readiness, but you may securely trust in the help you need to amend your current state of Readiness, and engage your battle in the present.
