 CIVILITY/ SERVILITY

     ~ aligning response and action with Truth

When you speak in Agreement, others may consider you Civil, or pleasant. When you act with Servility, you reach beyond mere pleasantness, serving an idea in order to please others, even when it may not vibrate with your personal agenda. Typically, these ideas are learned.

Do not be rude. Do not be un-helpful. ALSO: do not agree with others merely for acceptance and approval . . . and certainly, do not perform acts merely for acceptance and approval.

“I was just following orders.” 

“It is our way.” 

“I had no other options.” 

“It was expected.” 

“Everyone knows the outcome of that behavior.”

We have heard these words many times over throughout the history of humankind. How often are those sentiments the backbone of good-doing, and how often are these words justifications for something destructive?

You have always heard these things: 

“Better to let an evil person live than to let a righteous person die.” 

“Good people do evil by failing to stop those doing evil.” 

“It was not my place to speak when they took my neighbor, my spouse, my brother.” 

“What can I do, being only one person?”

The most dangerous agendas are silent and invisible. They are partially exposed in superficial layers, yet hard at work in layers deeper. 

To what level, and in which ways, do you support agendas with which you do not agree? Are you Civil (ie: pleasant, inappropriately pleasant, or knowingly deceptive) or Servile (obeying agendas you feel are wrong)?

Sharing Light and Love includes speaking Truth and acting with Integrity. Inventory today in which matters you “follow the crowd” rather than asserting your own ideals and standards. What effects do your behaviors create in the world? How can you shift these habits (no matter how they began or in which ways you justify them)?

Showing the world your Light illumines the path for others. 

Be generous with Truth and gentle but clear with words. Let your labors be invested in Love and Compassion.

SOLACE

2020, LAYERS, SOLACE

SOLACE, 2020 JUNE 24

SOLACE

   ~ sun beneath your woe

When your heart cries, we are here with you. When you wish to leave this place, and when you feel joy in this place, we are with you. You are never alone. You are never without help.

What is despair but the shadow of Life-in-Pain cast upon the illusion of time and space? Your prime nature is Joy. Your prime motivation is Love. We promise you these things. Life has bent you, yes, but admire your shape or no, these crooks and turns will lead you back to the Eternal and to the bosom of Great All.

You are a puzzle. We are a puzzle. Eternity has flung you out, has created forms in you to test Itself. What does it feel like, this Eternity? It feels like each one of us, turned loose, twisted, tempored and tested, and brought home again with glorious stories of Being.

You are busy Being. Your Solace is often hidden under layers of woe. Yet . . . it is there, thrumming with all of the experiences you have enjoyed, with all of Life and Its curious re-telling of things.

You are part of that re-telling.

You are weaving your story. 

And at the very seed, your core, 

your Solace lies waiting, 

ready to be re-told. 

So, do not worry 

if your shadows are 

deep and violent. 

Look up. 

Look inward.

Shadows require Light to cast them. Beneath the panels and frets, and the strata of what has been—there lies your Sun. Call upon Its Might.

WILD SPRINGS

     ~ water's sacred wildness

Here is My Song, In the Wild Springs beneath your feet.

I am Water, lineless, limitless, shifting through endless space

and many states—crashing in You—giving you Form and Life.

Around us, there is all manner of help and wisdom. What you do not see or hear is not due to lack of presence, but due to your lack of presence. To read a place, you must fully inhabit the place. You must be with it, and let it be with you, inside of you, part of you.

You have touched these tendrils, soft or raging, that guide the cells and byways of your body and mind. Your spirit travels through these waves. The Song is Wild and is Chaos, but still it is a Guide. Follow me, It says. Love me, It cajoles.

What is more pertinent to Life than Water? How do we stay rooted, except for Water? How do we move nutrients, information, bodies, revelations? From the birthing Waters to those of mourning and release, the Wild Springs born into you are present.

Do you feel them? Surrender to the ebb and flow. 

Be at peace. Cry me a river . . . and I will nourish your crops.

2020, COMMONALITY, DISSONANCE, RECOGNITION

NATIONS

     ~ promoting sacred resonance

A Nation’s cry together, is like a bird-call in the wilderness:

                                                                                   Hear Us

I am unique, but part of a Tribe.  
I am similar to you, but more similar to those in my Tribe. 

I may live next to you in peace, or fight with you against a common enemy, 
but if I fight against you as an enemy, 
it will be because I now see our differences 
as much greater than ever I did.  


I am a Nation.  

You are a Nation.  

We believe that we are no longer alike.

These cries have been made for eons, for all the times of times. Unfortunately, this thinking is not limited to mortal flesh and the incarnation into the body. The Great All—Heaven, Nirvana, Elysium, Valhalla, Pure Land—and its endless names, knows Its share of wrong thinking. Being free of the flesh does not immediately invest the Spirit with perfection. Note this well!

You are here in Earth School to grow, temporing the Spirit through the trial of flesh. Wisdom can be gained in any reality or incarnation. Will you wave false Banners, promote self-ishness and isolation and differences, or will you raise a Banner of unity, promoting harmony, group work, and sacred resonance?

You, right here, right now, have the power inside you, singularly if you so wish, to gather to you a Tribe that vibrates with the same beliefs and intentions to do good and to see good done.

Will you?

DIRECTION

DIRECTION, 2020 JUNE 21

 DIRECTION

     ~ activating choice from your center

When presented with two or more choices, do you first feel the intuitive hit at your core? Do you then engage your intellect, and ignoring or explaining away your intuitive response, change Direction? Which is “right”?

Intuition is a guide . . . that requires training. Sometimes your “gut” feeling is accurate, and sometimes that feeling is merely an emotional response to something: a joyful reaction for something you desire, a feeling of dread for something that repels you. Therefore, neither Intuition nor Intellect is always exclusively accurate.

Sometimes, a reaction encourages us to slow down, take space and time to consider a change of Direction. Serious decisions often require more information than we currently possess. And strong Intuition is sometimes urging us to act, unimpeded by over-thinking. When one of the Directions seems counter-intuitive to progress, the matter is more difficult.

Remember that up/down, left/right, high/low, dark/light, near/far are all comparative terms that exist inside your current mortal dimension. They denote conditions which help you to understand things in simpler terms . . . but in the realms of Eternity, they are not accurate, nor necessarily representational.

Think of the most pressing condition in the path ahead of you. Where will your journey split or merge? What kinds of expenditures will be necessary to negotiate these byways? What can you discern ahead of time, and what events may require you to make a snap decision, relying mainly on your intuition? You cannot know what you currently do not know.

The road ahead is busy with complications, decisions, construction, and destruction. Be aware of where you are, who and what you are, and what it is you wish to accomplish. This way, when a decision must be rapidly made, choosing a Direction will happen with greater ease and confidence.

Begin training now for what is to come. Be inclusive . . . but do not project your self into the future nor try to live there . . . nor try to presume its agenda. 

Live in the present and like a dancer on pointe, listen, move with the vibrations around you. Be awake and aware. When you are All Things, exuding and including from your center, YOU become THE DIRECTION. You become the Activator.

   ~ defining controls for self-mastery

Your Purview is the scope within which you have authority. This begins with self. So much in Life is outside our immediate Purview, we come to recognize that our one set of controls is concerned with Self-Mastery.

What has last upset you? What have you railed about? What has caused you anger, frustration, or cognitive dissonance?

To control your Life, your Beliefs, your Thoughts, and your Behaviors within tolerable margins is a huge success. To see where your dissonance with What-Is lies, and reign in reaction, and response, is the success of Masters.

Your Purview is specialized. It is limited. It is the culmination and representation of everything you have experienced, thought, and acted upon—in this Life and in many other incarnations. Purview is the amalgam of beautifully-wrought spaces commingling with the black holes united within the Field of Great All.

You may recognize that your minor children are within your Purview, and that to some degree, your parents are not. One should also recognize that your friends and co-workers may not be within your Purview at all. So, what then can you influence, regarding strangers and those unknown to you around the world?

You cannot change others. You may build a world, elicit a Song, offer a wisdom or a guidance that so affects others, they choose to shift. This is a wonderful service, if the shift is occurring to the benefit of All.

Today, decide what lies within your Purview. How successfully you operate within this singular and multi-dimensional strata is linked to how successfully you operate within the self/Self. Define your Purview, clarify your purpose, and put your influence to work.

A THOUSAND WORDS

     ~ letting exultation lead

When we say that a picture is worth “A Thousand Words,” we mean that our Vision has presented us with information beyond mere verbal description, that the depth and wisdom gained by deeply Seeing cannot be adequately expressed in language-thoughts.

Those with synesthesia gather overlapping impressions. For instance, they may perceive a smell/scent/odor paired with a color--or a number paired with a musical note. And while their senses provide more and different information, they will still be moved by something so tragic or so beautiful it defies universal description.

When you have this experience, stop. Give your self the time to immerse the senses, to connect to center, to firmly root the moment in your memories. Hear what your Higher Self can tell you. Let it affect you--body, mind, and spirit.

When you share with others, seek to be this genuine. Art exalts this experience. Good science exalts this experience. Outstanding rhetoric, choreography, music . . . all exalt this excellence.

When Great All dances, 

let it move you. 

And better, seek to move 

Great All . . . with truth, 

beauty, and unconditional love. 

It dances there

in your shadows. 

Let it free.
